Kelly Adams, BS, CHES
Kelly started working as an Outreach Educator with Alamance Cares in July of 2017, and has been the Program Coordinator since July 2019. She received her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from UNC Greensboro, and is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). As the Program Coordinator, Kelly oversees Alamance Cares operations, coordinates testing and outreach, manages grants, and more. Her favorite part of the job is getting out in the community and working with people from all walks of life.
Lacey Ferguson, BS
Lacey started working as an Outreach Educator with Alamance Cares in August of 2020. She received her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from East Carolina University. In her final semester of college, Lacey co-authored a publication in the American Journal of Health Education. Her favorite part of the role of Outreach Educator is connecting with people in the community and educating them on the importance of sexual health.
Michelle D. White, DNP, RN, CNL
Dr. Michelle White has served as the Director of HomeCare Providers and Alamance Cares for the past 20 years. Michelle works closely with community partners and those on both state and national levels to ensure program planning, implementation, and strategic growth.
